"Krissy has been a coach, trainer and mentor to me for a period of almost 5 years. Over this timeframe she’s provided me with blended support, based on what was appropriate at the time. Through a combination of listening and asking great questions she has always been able to ascertain the best way forward for me, flexing the approach when the situation or my needs change. She’s responsive to my needs as a woman at work, dealing with the menopause which is so often overlooked and misunderstood. I’ve found her to have a constant curiosity and desire to learn, wanting to know the current position on the menopause for example but also the most up to date position on mental health. As a mentor her guidance is practical, ensuring business needs are met but also in line with what works for me as an outcome. This is a tough mix to get right without cutting corners and she manages this. She will adopt a coaching approach or flex into the mentor position, depending on the situation. Krissy is able to convey training in many different ways, depending on the audience. She’s not a one size fits all kind of lady. Her positivity is unwavering, empathy is a key part of her make up too and she picks up on individual requirements and needs in a big group, pitching the delivery accordingly. Nobody is left on the sidelines and she’ll find the right way to get the best for them out of the training.
